Dr Vargas head veterinarian and owner of All Pets Mobile Clinic  was born in Bogota, Colombia. He attended La Salle University in Bogota, and received  his DVM in 1994.

Dr Vargas practiced small and large animal medicine in Colombia area for 7 years then he came to United States  where received his accreditation from the Association of Veterinary  Medicine of America  to practice Veterinary Medicine in 2005.

Before starting the Mobile Practice, Dr Vargas worked in private clinics  as well as  emergency clinics.
